All products supplied by Receptor Research are provided strictly for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research purposes only.

Our products are:

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or are purchasing on behalf of an appropriate research organisation.

• You understand and accept the research-only nature of the products.

• You will use the products only within a legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research context.

• You will not administer, consume, ingest, inject, or otherwise use the products on humans or animals.

• You will not resell, promote, or represent the products for human or animal consumption or therapeutic use.

You accept responsibility for the lawful and appropriate handling, storage, use, and disposal of any products supplied by Receptor Research.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To purchase from Receptor Research, you must:

• Confirm any research-use acknowledgement presented at checkout.

4. Laboratory Testing and Certificates of Analysis

Selected products and batches may be independently tested by Janoshik Analytical or another independent laboratory. Where available, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) may be published on the website for researchers to review.

A published COA applies only to the specific product or batch identified on that certificate. The availability of a COA for one product or batch does not mean that every product or batch sold by Receptor Research has an associated published certificate.

Laboratory results reflect the sample tested at the time of testing and should be interpreted in accordance with the testing laboratory's methodology and reporting standards.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by us.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

• A product is unavailable or incorrectly listed.

• A pricing or website error has occurred.

• Payment cannot be verified or successfully processed.

• Required customer information is incomplete or inaccurate.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity.

• We reasonably believe the intended use of the product is inconsistent with our research-use-only requirements.

If payment has already been received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded using the appropriate payment method where possible.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payment and order information is processed through secure checkout systems and relevant third-party payment providers. Receptor Research does not guarantee that any online system is completely free from security risks.

7. Shipping and Dispatch

Orders are carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

• Dispatch operates Monday to Saturday.

• Our general operating hours are 8:00am–5:00pm.

• Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–3 business days.

• Tracking information is provided after dispatch where available.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by Australia Post, local postal services, public holidays, weather, service disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Receptor Research cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time once a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

8. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Receptor Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

9. Tracking, Delayed and Lost Orders

Where tracking is available, tracking details will generally be provided after dispatch.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, cannot be located, or is shown as lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and available tracking information.

We may investigate the matter with the relevant carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your parcel promptly after delivery.

If a parcel or product is damaged, broken, incorrectly supplied, or the product seal appears compromised:

• Do not open or use the affected product.

• Take clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and affected product.

• Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting information.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate and required, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

11. Shipping Protection

Where Shipping Protection is offered and selected at checkout, eligible shipping issues may qualify for an expedited resolution in accordance with the applicable Shipping Protection terms.

Shipping issues should still be reported to us whether or not Shipping Protection was selected.

12. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Due to the nature of research products, returns may be restricted where a product has been opened, used, tampered with, improperly stored, or can no longer reasonably be verified as suitable for resale.
