Lab Verified

Verified by independent
third-party testing

We don’t grade our own work. Every batch is independently tested, and only batches that meet spec are listed. Each certificate includes the batch number, testing method, laboratory, and date. Match the vial’s batch number with our archive to verify authenticity.

HPLC purity, run per batch — not once per product line

LC-MS confirmation that the molecular mass is what the label says

Endotoxin and sterility screening on [applicable product lines]

A public batch archive — no account, no request form

Quality assurance

How the testing actually works

Assaying every vial size of every compound would cost more than the compounds do, and a supplier claiming otherwise is either charging for it or not doing it. So here is the actual scope. One sample is drawn from each production batch, at the fill weight most labs order, and sent for independent analysis. The other fill weights in that batch come off the same synthesis run, the same raw material lot and the same QC process, so the result carries across them. The certificate states which sample was drawn, so nobody has to take our word for the scope.

01

Select sample

A vial is pulled from the finished batch, at the fill weight most labs order.

02

Independent analysis

The sample goes to JANOSHIK for HPLC purity and LC-MS mass confirmation.

03

Published result

The certificate is uploaded against the batch number and stays in the public archive.

Why Receptor Research

What comes with every order

Trusted by researchers

Researchers choose us for reliable service, clear batch documentation, consistent product quality, and dependable dispatch. Their feedback reflects the experience we work to deliver with every order.

Purity that’s on the record

Purity figures come from an independent laboratory, per batch, and they get published whether or not they flatter us. The number on the certificate is the number.

FAQ

Common Questions

How is purity verified?
Each batch is sampled and sent to an independent analytical laboratory. Purity is measured by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) and molecular mass is confirmed by LC-MS (liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry). The certificate for each batch is published in the lab results archive.
Because the cost of assaying every fill weight of every compound would land on the invoice. One sample is drawn per production batch, at the most commonly ordered fill weight. The remaining fill weights come from the same synthesis run and the same raw material lot, so the result applies to the batch. The certificate states which sample was tested.
That the material is manufactured and supplied for laboratory research and analytical work, with an independent assay behind it. It is not a pharmaceutical grade, not a therapeutic good, and not approved for use in humans or animals. Research grade describes the intended use and the documentation, not a safety rating.
Qualified researchers and authorised representatives of research organisations. Placing an order confirms the material will be handled by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.
No. We supply materials and the analytical data behind them. We don’t provide protocols, handling procedures or application guidance, and we don’t answer questions about use through any channel.
Orders placed before [2pm AEST] on a business day are dispatched the same day from [Melbourne] by Australia Post Express. Metro delivery is typically [1–2] business days and regional [2–5]. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
[Card, bank transfer and X]. Prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.
Yes. The certificate for the batch received is in the lab results archive, searchable by the batch number printed on the vial, and a direct link is included in the dispatch email.
Email [support@receptorresearch.com.au] with a photo of the vial and the order number. If a vial can’t be matched to a published batch, it gets replaced or refunded.
